  1. Review titled Rude

Rated 4 stars out of 5

Working within the NHS myself. The poor level of interaction i had with the receptionist today, was shocking- my first time at the Birmingham Treatment Centre, and i asked where i need to go- and she the upmost sarcastic individual- there’s “there’s big sign” and clear states where you need go” i said i’ve looked at the sign and im confused and got the response “well it’s on ground floor” just upmost rude and disrespectful. I wish i able to get this lady name but unfortunately wasn’t able too

  2. Review titled Excellent

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Came here for a MRI scan. Nothing but praise for all the staff. Very polite and helpful. The radiographers were very understanding when I told them I am claustrophobic..the lady even mended my coat whist I was being scanned. I had a hip replacement at this hospital a few years ago and I have nothing but praise for the staff on this occasion as well. I think the nurses doctors and all other staff should get nothing but the highest praise for the work they do under extreme pressure..they should be respected for what they do for us when we are at our most vulnerable.. thank you.

  3. Review titled A surprisingly pleasant experience

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Accompanied relative to Treatment Centre last Friday and was met with pleasant, helpful staff, from reception, admin, nurses and doctor, as well as helpful car parking assistance. Totally opposite from what I was expecting, based on visiting another large hospital the other side of Birmingham. Well done to all Staff.

Dear patient, Thank you for sharing your feedback when recently visiting the Birmingham and Midland Eye Centre. I am sorry that you had to wait for over an hour before you were seen for your appointment. This is due to a waiting lists backlog since the pandemic, which the team are working hard to clear. Sometimes appointments may overrun due to clinical need or other circumstances and I do apologise for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Richard Beeken, Chief Executive.

Had day surgery today at Birmingham Treatment Centre. The staff there were extremely attentive, as a first timer of surgery, this was really reassuring and put me at ease. Thank you all.
