    The wait was worth it. I was treated with respect and an attentive nurse. She listened to me, and I did not feel that i was being hurried or rushed out on a conveyor belt. I understand how busy the NHS is. They do an amazing job, and my journey felt very worthwhile. Also, whilst being treated, I was found to have another serious medical condition and without my visit to Urgent Treatment Centre it would have continued to go unnoticed with a possible fatal outcome. Thanks to you all - I sincerely hope and pray you get the pay and conditions you so well deserve soon.

    My own doctors too busy to remove my stitches.Went to drop in at nine a.m. receptionist polite and helpful.Nurse was wonderful, stitches removed and out in fifteen minutes.

    Came in early on a Saturday morning due to an injury I had the previous day, already contacted 111 but was told to attend WIC next day. Nurse practitioner on duty was quite abrupt and blunt - borderline rude and completely disinterested in the entire consultation. Ironic as I work in the NHS too and get complaints like this and now I can see where they come from!
