    I have an appointment booked for tomorrow which I can’t attend due to the fact I am working and can’t get the time off. I have been told if I don’t attend then I won’t be allowed to attend in future. They left on a number on the message to call or cancel but I have rang time and time again with no answer and the clinic has no contact details

    We go here for the children’s paediatrics department every few months and all doctors and support staff are helpful and kind. This time around in July though the heat in the waiting room was unbearable. That staff and estate staff tried their best to create cool air safely but despite all of their efforts it was still unbearable. We were there around an hour I can’t imagine how the staff feel being there all day. Something needs to be put in place it’s not comfortable for the children either.
