I was given a total hip replacement in Sept 2024 and the whole thing went so smoothly. From the preassment, anaesthetic, actual operation and recovery and after care was superb. In recovery I was checked every half hour for several hours and all the staff were great including the catering and cleaning staff. The outcome was very good with being off pain killers after just a few days. A real bonus was the free parking.

Efficient service, needed an MRI and by far the quickest clinic and most helpful. One particular member of staff who helped with my booking process was exceptional, patient empathy and care on point. I cannot fault this clinic during a very stressful worrying time they were there to help me, step by step even after my scan. Would recommend to anyone wishing both care and help for any medical needs at this clinic, honest and supportive and if I need to call on them again I would return for sure. Thank you to the team. From a very anxious patient that you helped.

From referral to operation the service I received from all staff was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend Bath Clinic .

15th annual health assessment! Obviously very satisfied with the top service. Staff always very pleasant and attentive. Facilities modern and in good order. Thoroughly recommend this clinic.

I had a maco knee replacement and stayed in for 2 nights, I found everything perfect from the surgeon, anaesthetist, physiotherapist and all the nursing and catering staff who always had time and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable, nothing was rushed or too much trouble for them

I had a shoulder operation at Bath Circle and my experience of them as a whole is excellent. The premises are clean and comfortable, with single rooms complete with private bathroom facilities. A great choice of food, which my husband could also have for a small charge (cheaper than service stations). The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and I was treated with the utmost dignity and respect by all I encountered from my consultant to the nurses and cleaners. My operation took around 2 hours and I was back in my room with a lovely cup of tea. If you have to have surgery, I would definitely recommend having it here.

From the moment I arrived the care I received was excellent all of the staff I came into contact with were very friendly and attentive the care after my surgery was great , regular updates on my recovery and discharge All in all a very pleasant experience at bath clinic

I have been attending bath bmi for several months due to back problems. The team from reception to consultation have alway been professional, friendly and very efficient Communication is superb and my short stay was handled with the very best of care

Having never been in hospital before at the age of 73 I was somewhat apprehensive at the thought of entrusting myself to the Bath Clinic. I need not have worried. The staff were all caring, professional and helpful and I am very happy to thoroughly recommend them to any one. It is reassuring to know that in these days of strikes and strife that such a first class service exists.
