   Was given an appointment for my mother, phoned to cancel as it wasn't workable, and was hoping to arrange another. Was told the message would be passed on to the person dealing with her case. Phoned numerous times, passed from one phone number to another, no joy. Eventually got a letter saying they hadn't heard from me. So I cannot give a review about the actual therapy part of the service because it's impossible to communicate. Given up I'm afraid.
