    We had a terrible experience at Bourn Hall. Staff were quite cold, mistakes were made over things like the amount of hormones I was advised to take and when, responses were not timely and questions weren’t always answered satisfactorily. Waiting lists for appointments and counselling were way too long. Not very LGBT friendly - regularly misgendered my partner despite gender being on our file, and the forms are all very heteronormative (eg talk about donating fresh sperm even though we were using a donor). We did manage to get pregnant but next baby will be made elsewhere.
