Reason why I had a terminate my pregnancy at 7 weeks is because there was high chance of the baby having disabilities...the pregnancy was not planned and I felt because I have 3 children who all have disabilities I felt bringing another child into this world would not be fair...this decision was hard but was for the best...I went to glebefields health centre BPAS today....prior to this I would advice anyone to do your research on what options to take when consider an abortion think about it and do not rush...I felt the service was 5 stars....I did my research on surgical abortion I knew what to expect but the only thing that I was disappointed was in myself I went in the operation room and because i have anxiety my anxiety level slightly picked up and I had local anaesthetic before I don't know if I was given slightly too much or had side affect but it made me feel weird and dizzy and my blood pressure drop unsure if it because I was still taking my anxiety propnanlol tablets as they do reduce your blood pressure and it drop more from side affect...but I was disappointed in myself...the procedure itself yes was uncomfortable but it was very quick I breath through the uncomfortable pain and it was done so quick I said is that it it was over....the pain is manageable like mild period pain and odd discomfort and the bleeding ok touch wood...I would only recommend to people who do your research if you want to do this go in and not panic. I seen few young girl sobbing afterwards and I felt like they was unsure if they actually wanted the procedure I was not being noisy but you could tell they was not happy what they done....having an abortion is a big decision anyone who unsure speak to GP speak to family member.... don't let no one force you into abortion there are helpline if you are unsure. I don't regret my decision because I made the right decision on my own mental health plus my children. 5 stars to BPAS and all the staff are wonderful
