I paid £70 upfront to pay for a replacement hearing aid without which I struggle. My order seems to have been lost despite going into the shop a week later to check if it had come. I have just rung today 31st May to be told it hadn't arrived and the audiologist was on holiday so nothing could be done , On ringing headoffice in Birmingham my hearing aid will be sent directly to me . Why couldn't Bradleys Penzance have done this for me? Remembering many of the NHS clients will be elderly and may not be able to sort out themselves. The shop has to be the patients advocate and certainly weren't today. More concern and problem solving would have been nice without having to resort to head office myself . A vague you'll have to wait until so and so gets back from holiday doesn't really work. Poor service. Margaret Padfield
