I had an appointment today for a gastroscopy. As soon as I entered the hospital I was treated my a cheerful volunteer who gave me directions. Everyone in the endoscopy department were polite and cheerful. All introduced themselves, their roles and what the plan for my appointment was at every stage. Staff really put me at ease, pre and post procedures were explained fully and I really felt like I was in safe hands. Hopefully I won’t have to have this procedure again but if I did I would not hesitate to have it booked here!
