  1. Review titled Receptionist going above and beyond

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Paul Roper - Posted on 25 October 2023

I had recently been passed pillar to post between several secretaries for around 2 weeks but today I spoke to the neurology secretary who’s name I am unable to say or else this won’t get published went above and beyond chasing people to chase my medication which would have run out by the end of the week and she should have finished at 3pm but stayed on until half past 4 to help me get it sorted so that I can collect my prescription the day after and relieved a lot of stress and was extremely helpful and even gave me her personal number to phone in case of any other issues

Rated 2 stars out of 5

Children's & Adolescent Services, waiting room of people and nobody at the desk. Waited nearly 15 minutes for someone to appear.

  3. Review titled Ridiculous parking

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by Tiffany young - Posted on 17 January 2023

The practice itself is clean and has lots of services to use. But the parking is absolutely ridiculous. Staff parking in the disabled bays so that disabled people, like myself cannot get parked. The main car park is supposed to be for visitors but the staff take up most of it so 9 times out of 10 you can't get parked. I visited yesterday and I couldn't get a disabled parking space due to it being full, which is fine but then I saw a nurse use the disabled parking! This is not fair. This isn't the first time that I've seen staff use the disabled parking and it makes it difficult for visitors who have appointments to get parked. I understand some nurses etc will have a disabled badge but this staff member clearly worked at the centre. Plus a member from the covid vaccination clinic did it a few weeks ago too. It is a regular occurance.
