I have been struggling since July last year (6 months) to book in my over 40s health check with 'Everyone Health.' With numerous calls to them the only appointments ever available were 13:15 or 14:15, which is of no use to me when I work 25 miles from home. We even tried local appointments to my work place, again with no luck. I emailed Brewood medical practice with the hope of some advice and assistance in arranging the check up some how or if the surgery were able to carry out the health check. The practice came back to me with info of how to book as they were not held at the practice. Unbeknown to me the practice then went out her way to discuss the problem directly with Everyone Health on my behalf, with the potential of arranging an appointment at Brewood Medical Practice at a much more suitable time. The practice did not need to go to so much trouble however did so without even been asked. Even if Everyone Health dont come through, the effort put in was totally unexpected and very much appreciated. (unfortunately, the system doesn't allow me to put the persons name but thank you all the same)
