  1. Review titled Poor service

Rated 1 star out of 5

After going to the utc fir the second time in two days and enduring yet another very lengthy wait guess why? Lack of staff we were finally seen because there wasn't enough staff ( only one ) today its not fit for purpose and therefore shouldn't be classed as a walk in service, if you cannot facilitate a large town like bridlington then your failing us , we do not want to go to scarborough we want a fully functioning department . what you also fail to tell people that when they book in you can't see everyone and leave many with injuries that can't be treated and should be here or they will not get seen and turn them away offering places where they can be treated . Poor service lengthy wait and probably incorrect diagnoses which will lead to further care been needed , disgusting sort this out and get it back up and running like it used to do when it first opened preferably not by chcp as they clearly not not cope causing a influx of patients to neighbouring hospitals sadly scarborough which isn't great or back to your gp not happy at all with the way we have been treated

  2. Review titled Exceptional service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I visited urgent care at Bridlington Hospital at 8.40pm on 4th August (the unit closes at 8.00 pm you're website states 10.30pm). Will you please record and pass on my thanks to the nurse on duty. Rather than turn me away she checked the injury, arranged for me to be examined by the doctor when my turn was due. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the nurse but she was the only one on duty.

  3. Review titled Fast and accommodating

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Was seen very quickly and was given treatment and management options equally fast and felt reassured from the care I was given. Staff were very accommodating, in particular of me being non-verbal at the time and needing to use an aac device to communicate. Staff were patient with me needing time to respond to their questions.

  4. Review titled Great practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I attended Bridlington with my 7month old son as directed via 111. The process worked well and we did not have to wait too long to be seen despite it being busy. The staff were excellent throughout our visit. They were great with my son and very understanding and sympathetic towards a worried mum.
