I had an appointment today. I had come before work and so in a hurry had forgotten to bring a mask with me, but had assumed that just as all other healthcare settings I would kindly be provided with one as I had forgotten. But no, the members at the reception were very unprofessional and quite rude as they did not even let me inside the gp and made me stand outside in the pouring rain. I had even tired to go buy a mask from nearby shops but as it was 8am none were open. I even explained this to them but they refused to listen or let me in. I believe as being healthcare providers they have a duty of care and candour and the least they can do is be respectful and be able to provide as simple as a mask to their patients if there are cases where they may have forgotten. Thank you
