i had a phone call contact with a person from healthy minds, regarding my problems, it was a very enlightning talk, it helped me a great deal

This service needs investigating and service users' views listening to. People who need this service are vulnerable and many desperate for help, sadly this service is of very poor quality and damaging. There needs to be a complete overhaul

i was referred to silvercloud 2 weeks ago by my counsellor. i was told to call back yesterday if i had not heard. rang rwice yesterday and again today left voicemails not had a response now my 2 weeks is up and i might have lost my place. this is not my fault i would like another referral
