   I attended an appoint in June and had a follow-up question about a scan. My GP surgery had no contact details for the ENT community service and Addenbrookes ENT service had no data on me as a patient. The ENT community service page had no contact number and I ended up phoning multiple organisations to get a phone number. This is not transparent or helpful. Disappointing service.

   Attended appointment as booked. Took day off and travelled into town, after 45 min waiting was told no one from the clinic was present. No notice, no cancellation, nothing. Absolute incompetence and disgusting service
