  2. Review titled Dissatisfied

This morning I was supposed to have my first CBT session however I was told by the therapist I could not continue. I am extremely disappointed because I was looking forward to my sessions and I also rescheduled my work schedule to accommodate icope therapist. I was not told I could not use the nhs services as well as using BetterHelp. I started using BetterHelp so that I could get help immediately because I was struggling with mental health and I was in a very vulnerable state. My gp and therapist were aware that I was going to go to CBT therapy and both supported it. I want to make it clear that I am not practicing CBT therapy with my BetterHelp therapist and not sure why I can’t do both? A few months ago when I spoke to someone from icope she was aware that I am also going through financial difficulties, which is why I was hoping to use nhs services so that I wouldn’t have to pay for therapy anymore.

  3. Review titled I’m making great progress towards my goals

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I had 12 weeks of in person CBT earlier this year for social anxiety. I found it to be incredibly useful and insightful. There was even a fair amount of CBT done out in the community which was a great learning experience and broke down many negative beliefs I had about myself and others. I have gained an awareness of what’s going on and I feel like I’m making great progress towards my aims. Thank you iCope.
