When coming to the palatine breast screening mobile unit I was greeted with lack of respect by the receptionist. With “what do you want?” And “I’ve not a clue how long it will be just sit down”. I also saw around ten other women treated with the same lack of respect or worse. Some women were told “you are too early to to your car just go to your car” the women slammed the door in multiple peoples faces. The woman also had a face like thunder and no manners for anyone. The lady for the breast screening test was lovely and had time for women who was obviously nervous about having a screening test. As for the receptionist she needs more training on how to speak to people and hopefully something will be done about her attitude.
