I first became ill with chest infection symptoms on Thursday 25th April I phoned the surgery on Tuesday 30th of April 2024 at 08 10 I waited until 14 30 without a reply so I dialled 111 and got all sorted with a prescription sent to a pharmacy within 1 hr 10 mins. I finally got a call from the surgery at 17 10. I took the course but didn't really feel well, then on Friday 17 th May I was very ill, I dialled 111 they asked me to make my way to A&E I was diagnosed with another chest infection which by the way is This very same one which I might add is the worst I can remember having. I have one day remaining of the antibiotics and I feel very ill hence my call to the surgery today asking for a phone consultation or a face to face but all I got from the surgery was an email stating finish the course and if you still feel I'll contact the surgery. With one day remaining of the antibiotics I know now that I am still not going to be very well. I am seriously thinking of going direct to 111 where I know I will get proper treatment
