Big shout out to my nurses you no who you are can't mention names on here absolutely lovely woman and raj bangeroo all drs are great are great to talk too thank you fir help since i was 16 now 44 i cannot function without meds wish everyone could get better like i have im very lucky thank god and science spoke to Dr ravi other day he is cool cheerful get great greetings lime hugs handshakes fist tumps watwver in them drugs a miracle amen ameen 🙏❤️💯💪 n without meds

I brought my distressed nervous daughter in for her appointment today. It was so hard to get her through the door. We have been here twice and no concerns with reception at all - both times very polite and helpful. Today I literally got scolded and belittled for using the downstairs front reception - not been told this was not the entry on the previous two occasions that we have been. This caused my daughter to feel worse and have a panic attack. Seriously where is your trauma informed care? I'm so sad and concerned by this treatment. As if things aren't hard enough for her right now as it is. We don't need any more negativity

This is really concerning feedback. I am so sorry that you and your daughter were made to feel this way and treated disrespectfully. In your comment, you do not say which service you were seeing or which borough or county, so I cannot follow it up. Can you post more information here or email us on: elft.communications@nhs.net with a bit more detail so we can get to the bottom of what has happened here and find a way forward.
