   Awful experience on the 21/06/2024. The lady taken bloods was very inexperienced and in the 25 minutes that I was waiting 2 people had to return as she could not extract blood. My mother's arm is badly bruised. I actually left not having my blood test as I was so put off from what I had witnessed. Her manner was extremely unprofessional.
