A very high standard of care provided at every stage. Unfortunately let down by the lack of compassion and general awareness- once my mum had her procedure done. No one helped her get up from the bed, or even asked her if she was okay. She was in pain, shock and dizzy and was just left to get up and walk to the room next door for a chat about the after care.

Having recently undergone cataract surgery I can only say that my treatment from start to finish was excellent. Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming and re-assuring throughout the whole experience from my pre-op appointment right through to the day of the surgery. Each procedure was thoroughly explained to me in layman's terms before being carried out very professionally, all of which calmed any anxiety I may have had. The whole procedure was very well organised and carried out efficiently without any delays and during the operation itself I can honestly say that I felt no pain or discomfort. After the operation I was given clear instructions on what to expect and what was involved for my aftercare. I am thankful that the operation has been a complete success and the improvement to my vision is amazing. I would like to offer my thanks to all concerned.

From arriving at the clinic to leaving. All of the staff were extremely professional, kind and caring. The cleanness of the unit was excellant.
