    It's only the second time I have used CHEC services and I think it has been fantastic. The appointments have been easy to book and prompt. The staff have all been pleasant.

    Recently diagnosed with Age Related Macular Deterioration I received a consultation and eye injection at Chec Coventry. All staff very friendly and informative, no waiting and every procedure was explained thoroughly. I will have no worries about attending again for further injections.

    1st appointment of the day, arrived 10 minutes before appointment time. No information as to a delay in my time when I arrived but still waiting 45 minutes after scheduled appointment.

We always try to limit waiting times in our clinics but there may be instances where unexpected delays arise, and this is unavoidable to ensure all patients receive the necessary level of care they require.     From Receptionists and nurses to surgeon each person I came into contact with was efficient, friendly and showed kindness. Thank you. I only had 4 days from my health check to cataract removal. Best of all I now have clear vision again. A big thank you to the team.
