Everybody is lovely and sweet. Discharge nurse explained in nice detail what to do after surgery. Receptions are friendly and passionate. Environment is neat and tidy. Waiting time is OK

From the moment I was arrived until I left, I felt that I was looked after well. All the staff starting from the reception to the operation very friendly. Good waiting room staff, and the operation was excellent.

Always clean, very helpful and friendly, efficient Excellent service, staff very attentive, nice and clean, couldn't fault. All very friendly and helpful, kept informed about what was happening. Office staff always helpful.

After having my left eye treated for cataract in December, I returned to CHEC New Cross to have the right eye treated. Once again the procedure was quick and very professional, and the eye was fully usable within a day. The eye test on my left eye showed a spherical aberration of zero; a very successful outcome. It is astonishing that such a brief intervention can make such a difference to your sight.

I'm very happy with how things went for my first surgery. The staff in the clinic are wonderful, so kind and patient. They didn't mind that I was slow and were very helpful making sure I had a chair while waiting for the nurse. It was a very interesting and amazing experience, I can't thank the team enough!

As I was very nervous about getting my surgery I am extremely grateful to all the staff who were wonderful and put me at ease straight away. Surgery was painless and in 4 weeks I am hopefully getting a referral for my other eye. Thankyou to all at CHEC.

What a wonderful clinic, clean and bright. The staff were so nice and explained everything well. The surgery was so quick and I felt safe. Second eye, amazing and another successful operation. Praise to the NHS for CHEC.
