The service was wonderful, the staff made me feel so comfortable in what could have been a stressful procedure, from the Endoscopist to the Nurses, they made me feel like I had known them for years, I couldn't fault it. Having been in other clinical environments this was much more relaxed.

Wonderful the staff were friendly and calming definitely would give them top marks. The surgery went well the surgeon and his team were fantastic couldn’t wish for better treatment. So very grateful to you all

Attended today for an endoscopy procedure, I cannot recommend this service enough. They were extremely professional, caring and reassuring to every patient there. I was put at ease and given as much information as I needed. The procedure was seamless and all staff introduced themselves to me on arrival to the room. I was reassured throughout. On finishing they ran through my report with me and explained all findings. Post procedural care continued on the ward and I was monitored until discharge. A wonderful service the staff are a credit to you.

My appointment with the consultant was perfect and I am very happy with my cataract surgery. All of my appointments have always been on time, it is lovely not to have to wait for hours at the Hospital. I am so pleased with the service I am already telling people how wonderful you are.
