I am so appreciative of the treatment I have received from CHEC at Stevenage. The staff there were so kind and made the experience not exactly pleasant but so much better than I was expecting.

All the staff right from you walk through main door you are greeted as if you are family. Lots of smiles and made to feel very welcome and appreciate the staff who I had dealings with was very helpful and reassuring all the way through.

Staff were professional, place looked clean, the surgery went very well, eyesight is perfect, the vision improved tremendously, the booking times needs adjusting, had to wait an hour and half for the appointment time during the clinic visit, no complaints about the medical part at all.
