I arrived at 9am y appointment was 9:15am as the first patient didn’t arrived I was called in to have a skin tag removed below my eye! From Receptionist to the three lovely nurses everything was explained so clearly I was in and out in no time ! The CHEC Worcester very well organised so clean we are lucky to have this service in Worcester away from the main hospital. Thank you so much !

Again, I had to leave for another appointment after I was not seen for 45 minutes after my appointment original time. My original time was for 0830 and I had to leave at 0915. The Dr didn't enter the building until past 0900.

I had cataract surgery yesterday. From start to finish the treatment I received was outstanding. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. We are extremely lucky to have this facility in Worcester.

I have visited Worcester CHEC on several occasions and always been extremely impressed by the standard of care. Today was an exception. I had been referred by my optician after a scan as an urgent referral. I visited Kidderminster CHEC on Tues. as a prearranged appointment but they were only able to do visual field tests as they don't have a scanning machine. Your Worcester receptionist was able to then book me a double appointment for today. The scan was carried out very well but when I saw the consultant things changed. Unfortunately, he did not seem to have any idea why I was there (only saying it was my 6 month review). I tried to explain the circumstances but he seemed extremely dismissive. Also, to my amazement he said he was unable to access yesterdays tests. At one point I thought he was mistaking me for a different patient. I tried to explain that the technician had been concerned about the field tests, but that didn't seem to register as significant. Eventually, after what seemed like a heated discussion he said he would book another field test (why??) and at that point said he needed to see the next patient. I am staggered in this day and age that tests carried out by your staff the previous day are not immediately transferred to my account!! I left feeling quite upset as I felt he just wasn't interested in what I had to say. Such a shame as I've always felt so well looked after. Let's hope it was a blip!!

My father had cataract surgery here and both he and I are very impressed by the clinic and its staff. Extremely efficient, everything explained clearly, wonderful talented and caring staff.

Right eye perfect. Left eye focus not good yet. I felt that the shield was not comfortable with the brightness straight after. The eye streamed. Perhaps this this could be improved by having reflector material ( Sunglasses?) Could not fault the staff helpful and jolly. Enjoyed my cuppa after! Thank you
