Whenever i need help, I am impressed by how prompt and efficient the surgery is. But yesterday they really exceeded my expectations. Firstly they responded very quickly and personally to book an appointment . Then the appointment with The doctor was a model of competence. His communication was clear, thoughtful and helpful. The treatment was professional, effective and precise. Thanks to everyone involved.

Considering how much this surgery has grown and how busy it always is, all the staff and practitioners are doing a wonderful job. The receptionists are always helpful and friendly and if you explain to them the reason of your appointment, using their triage system, they are able to fit you in as quickly as possible. My partner was seen by a physician the same day he called (within an hour) which is pretty good going. Also if you were unable to make an appointment on line ( my partner is technology challenged), they will accommodate your request over the phone, if you are willing to give enough info about your case.

Going for a booked appointment to find it wasn't booked in. After waiting for a long time I was seen. On meeting with doctor first thing said was I was being squeezed in. I found I was really stressed and just wanted to get out of there. I have been with this surgery for many years. Too many things going wrong.
