I had to have a blood test locally and unfortunately attended the Cheshunt community hospital. The phlebotomist was absolutely rude, did not say a word or even responded to my greeting. Lacking of basic manners.

Honestly this place was a godsend. Having waited over 4 hours in Whipps Cross the previous night to even be triaged, and told another 4 hours wait until I could have an x ray which caused immense distress, I politely discharged myself so I could go home and make the trip to Cheshunt in the morning. Arrived at 9:25, seen to in 10 mins, x-rayed in about half an hour and then diagnosed in the next half an hour with an avulsion fracture in my ankle. The nurse/doctor who did my initial assessment was lovely, as well as the polite x-ray staff, who was efficient and frank about my recovery, and gave me all I needed to go home and rest. That’s how it should be done!

I brought my granddaughter in today after a fall, the facility was spotless, the staff were welcoming, caring and very professional. Service was quick and very efficient with examination, X-ray and diagnosis very quickly carried out. Follow up arranged and discharge information was clear and easy to understand. I send my gratitude to this absolute gem of a service. Well done.

Attended this Unit on a Thursday lunchtime after a fall. Was seen and x-rayed very quickly and out within an hour. The staff are all amazing and very kind from the lovely receptionist to the excellent medical staff. Thank you all so much.
