I just called to rearrange my physio appointment to the day before and was told that I must not cancel this appointment as I’d be sent back to GP I’ve never experienced such an attitude as this, I have many chronic conditions which are extremely uncomfortable to live with as it is…just didn’t understand this uncaring and unnecessary behaviour, asking me the reason why I had to cancel which really was inappropriate….if you need further clarification please do not hesitate to contact me
