   I received a call from a member of staff to discuss how I was getting on. The person that spoke to me was extremely kind, calm and listened to me without any interruptions and when I finished they very kindly suggested help that would be beneficial to me, and that would help me moving forward. I can honestly say that talking to this member of staff made me feel confident that the way I feel now can and will get better. Thank you so much
