I was seen by one of Circle’s medical staff. I was told that I needed to get a blood test done before my treatment could progress. However, I was not given a form for the blood test, nor told what to do. I subsequently received a text message telling me that a form was given to me ‘in clinic’ and that ‘[i]f you do not contact us to advise any issues, then your referral may be discharged.’ ! I was not given the required form. I have therefore been left confused and not knowing where to turn. Nor does there appear to be any information as to whom to contact. I am not happy.

They do not follow up referrals and when chased are not able to understand their own process. They do not respond to calls, emails nor formal complaints. I had a referral for neck and back pain, they did not follow it up. WHen I chased them, they mixed up different referrals, and then when asking them about it, they withheld information. When I complained, they did not respond .

Having been referred to Greenwich Circle MSK following severe lower back issues I thought perhaps my life would be pain free. To the contrary. First appointment with a so called “physiotherapist” did nothing & objected me having an MRI. After complaining about that service, I was then seen by another person who professionally looked at my spine & referred me to an MRI. Since then, I have been trying multiple times to contact them without avail. Not only they do not respond to emails but not to calls either. No follow ups. Alliance Queen Mary MRI Dpt confirmed having sent them the MRI results. I am disappointed about the lack of service they are lacking to provide. Certainly not to advertise for reliability & courtesy.

No appointment letter received random last Minuit text to attend followed up with cancellation and no attendance letter, no way of booking yourself an appointment. When called about discharged letter and rescheduling was shouted at my rude staff. This is an appalling service for someone who has already been waiting some time for care and support. On advising them that I was unwell and would not have been able to attend was told by the telephonist that they were also unwell!
