    Years I’ve been under their medical care and recently been discharge for missing a couple of appointments, fair enough but when you ring the practice they are working from and they do not pass on valid information then it’s their system that’s broke not the patient. They do not inform you of their decision apparently company policy which is awful for a patients awaiting their next treatment. My condition mentally affects me and this company knows this and now I need to reapply though my doctors which can take up to 6 months while I stress and worry with my health.
