   I have had two appointments with the same nurse. I have a sensitive issue, which is causing me a lot of anxiety. The first appointment, I did a test, the results we negative. The issue has persisted so I made another another appointment. During this appointment there was no effort to diagnose my issue, I was told to go to Boots and purchase a cream, which wouldn’t cure my issue, and potentially make it worse, as there is no diagnosis. The lack of effort to attempt to diagnose my problem really upset me and the experience was a waste of time. I will now have to book another appointment (and ask for a doctor). This is a waste of both my time and nhs time.
