    Having lived in Gainsborough for six years I had luckily not needed to see a a doctor, but had heard from friends and neighbours of their difficulties in getting appointments. A couple of months back I was in terrible pain and twice within 3 weeks was able to get an appointment at Cleveland to see a GP the same day. Then today, when I managed to lock myself out of the online prescription service the lovely lady I spoke with by phone after 4pm fixed the issue within 2 minutes, plus had a Dr approve a prescription ready for me to collect after work today. Well-done Cleveland! :)

    Recorded message & website state ask my GP open to 10am log in at 9.20 to find closed early. Why have recorded message saying until 10am and website stating the same if they keep closing early? Pathetic service, need doctors advice urgently but hey tough is the attitude. What is the point in having GP's when you can't get to see them? This practice is extremally poorly run, not the GP's fault that the management are as bad as they are. If they was any other alternative locally I would be gone in a heartbeat but there isn't so am stuck with a poorly run practice who shut services early and just don't give a hoot about patients!

    I went to see a doctor ref High blood pressure. He prescribed me a take home blood pressure monitor. I duly took my BP twice a day for a week then handed it back to reception. I waited until the new year but had no contact from surgery. I went in and explained to the receptionist but she said “we have lost the record of your blood pressures you brought in. So I had to do it all again.When I handed in a second time I was hoping for a quick reply as my BP was high. I had to phone them back weeks later to get a answer when I was told that I would be given medication for my high blood pressure. So it was about two months from doing my first blood pressure to getting medication. I don’t know who is responsible for letting patients know the results of tests/ x rays etc but they take so long and some times it is weeks after
