Had to take my husband to the primary care unit on 27th December. We had to attend the emergency eye clinic. The nurse at reception and the triage nurse( both in the eye clinic) were both friendly and welcoming (throughout our time in the unit). The doctor was excellent and the procedure was carried out and completed in no time at all. A big thank you to all 3 members of this team for the care and attention given and for their commitment on a bank holiday

I attended last Thursday (24-11-22) for a left eye cataract operation arriving at 08:00 - all the staff were very helpful and pleasant, I was kept informed at every step, everything was run very efficiently, professional yet friendly and my op was a complete success - out to recovery with a cup of tea and biscuits, given my goodie bag of medication with explanations on how to use it 5 minutes later - home by 11:00 - exceptional (much better than the treatment I received 10 months ago for my right eye at a private facility on behalf of the NHS) - I can't thank all the staff enough - including the cleaners who I noted do a splendid job as everywhere was spotless.

Very punctual appointment for a blood test today. The phlebotomist (sorry, I can't remember your name!) was fabulous. He was refreshingly polite and kind. He went above and beyond to make me comfortable and checked I remained so throughout the appointment. A true reflection of the people propping up the NHS :)
