   The phone was consistently not picked up today and seems to be that way everytime I ring up. I asked for a copy of my review notes and it was almost like my psychiatrist was writing about someone completely different to make his job easier. I feel like this just doesn’t help. I have been on the waiting list for therapy for years. At first I was misdiagnosed which cost me something huge and then I was correctly diagnosed finally after that. I really don’t find this service helpful at all.
