i recently had illness that required use of the ict kettering team 7 days several times a day n evenings using a number of diffrent nurses and all were very friendly and exceptional in work. Everything before doing was checked to be sure all was correct from the hospital , i really enjoyed the experience of their visits not one was not a joy and left everything tidy n clean ,My experience was better n friendlier than being in hospital and more checks done to allow me to be at ease during treatments things were always talked over and if i was upset they had time to talk with me which does not happen in hospital these nurses are unknown when start but they support very well . .my iv was constantly checked before n after and enjoyed the chats and laughs we had putting me at ease during treatments and filled in time making notes fresh in case of any emergency , .they were very punctual as working on dose times and if any problems arose someone was willing to swop to ensure there was no delay .This service was brilliant and if i needed any future treatments i would prefer to have these nurses both m n f looking after me .they deserve to get good feedback and praise for the good work they do working till the early hrs everyday . i would not worry about having this type of treatment again anytime .Thank you to everyone ..
