    i was recently told while my 18th isn’t untill september that i am not able to get help from this team due to my age after speaking with others it’s became clear they should of taken me on up to my birthday after urgent referrals they take months to get in touch then are absolutely useless with no help offered i was clearly in distress on the phone and was repeatedly asked questions about a traumatic experience after i was told i wasn’t going to be helped by them so why ask questions and being something to the front of mind if you won’t help!?

    I have no faith having help from here. Despite desperately needing help I feel made to feel not unwell enough to need help. Actually feel worse when I try to make contact. So I don't bother as not good when you're told to reach out for help, only to feel worse afterwards.
