My tilt table was a bit traumatic however the staff in there were very sweet and had great bedside manner. The staff at the reception desk were very welcoming and friendly, too. I have one constructive feedback request, although it does not concern the staff within the department as they were truly fantastic. My request is that outgoing tilt table forms specify that you absolutely must know the full name of your cardiologist to receive results, as I have yet to receive results after 2.5 weeks when I was informed I would hear back that day due to severity of situation. By specifying this detail, it will prevent people from not getting their result, saving time and re-testing for the NHS and patient.
