   Received a referral two days ago with a letter advising to telephone 01278 432020 to make an appointment. For two days this number is unmanned with an automated message to call back later or make an "enquiry" on line. This is an extremely poor service, how exactly is someone supposed to get an appointment at this clinic?

   After twenty minutes to arrange an appointment I had to give up. Only one person was dealt with in this time. Why does it take so long? I was No. 9 on the waiting list.
