   I came in with the intention to attend an appointment at the practice. When signing in, it was made apparent to me that my name wasn’t on the system for an appointment. I spoke with the receptionists, who were confused. When I specified that it was a physiotherapist appointment, they told me I had come to the wrong place — I was supposed to be at Williton Hospital, not the surgery. Having 4 minutes to sprint to my appointment, I left to the sounds of laughter from the receptionists at my blunder. Surely a simple mistake a patient made shouldn’t be met with mockery from the staff. Frankly, I’m not pleased with the attitude and am considering relocating.
