   I have struggled to make an appointment at the surgery. Even when i have turned up at 8am. The receptionist i have noticed discussing among themselves to see if a appointment can be given out, and seem to have a fear that they will get told off. There is rarely a GP at this surgery and patients are expected to travel to another site which is nearly 5 miles away. Its not good, and staff should be trained including doctors to provide better service. In the past i have requested to speak to a manager but never got a call to discuss there service and also when requesting a email address, they simply put the phone down.
