   I took an elderly friend for a hearing test and the audiologist was extremely patient and thorough. My friend says she is always very pleased with the service and ambience at Cossham Hospital.

   no info. on website re. opening times for audio deparment,services provided and procedure to follow if one has a problem with the hearing aid.
