I required a blood test, and I'm aware that I need to go to one of the Leicester Hospitals to get these. Not happy that I wasn't informed that I needed to pre book an appointment as I was under the impression it was a walk in basis. Moved my whole day to go to Glenfield, and went to the blood department to be told something my surgery should off.

Had a check up by the doctor & physio today. So thorough with great advice, support & information. Really impressed - Countesthorpe is an excellent practice to be under.

I have friends up and down the country who have bad things to say about their own drs practice. I constantly tell them I cannot relate. This GP surgery is accessible, kind and understanding. I am yet to encounter any issues and have been registered at the practice for approximately 6 years. I have never struggled to get an appointment. Follow ups are booked upon request. I can honestly say the staff at this surgery have patient care at the forefront of their mind and will do their upmost to help anybody. Fantastic service.
