Working here was the most stressful time of my life, back biting unsupportive colleagues. Clients are treated poorly, just tick boxes to keep the funding coming in. Management are incompetent. Place needs a serious overhaul

This is the first time I have used this service and the person I spoke to spoke clearly and listened to me and answered any questions I had, also providing clear information .
