My mum's hearing aid was lost during a stay in hospital. I emailed the address on the Firstcommunityhealthcare website and quickly received the relevant form and advice. The team do act swiftly to email and I cannot fault them. I would have left a link to the email address but it would not allow me to do so.

Tried to ring Audiology (Tel: 01293 600312) several times in the afternoon today (14 August). Phone just rings and goes off after a minute. Cannot leave a message and no options given. Does not even say lines busy etc etc.

I have tried and tried to call to arrange for a replacement hearing aid for my mother and yet she remains unable to hear as I've not received a call back even though I've left messages over the last couple of months!!
