   I was asked by my Gp to self refer to the crickets lane team in January which I did by completing the form. I never heard anything and . In either early feb or late January I called and was advised my referral had been rejected and I had been sent a letter. No letter arrived. Somebody rang me and explained it had been rejected. And because it didn’t fit the criteria. I would be sent another explanatory letter …no letter arrived. But I did suggest I could submit a photo for review as they hadn’t actually seen the problem. I was given the email address and I posted a photo on 19th feb. Since then numerous calls to central booking who keep chasing but no response. It’s now over 2 months and still no response. Genuinely hopeless.
