When I was called forward I said good morning no response I said good morning again and she asked me a question. I am of the age that if some one says good morning they respond in like manner.

Review titled Appalling receptionist

Receptionist blamed me for mistake clearly made by her colleague. Then became very officious and unhelpful when this was clearly explained. No concern at all for my welfare and terrible customer service.

Review titled Poor receptionist

Was supposed to get a blood test done and checked in on the screen and it said my name and all my details and then said that the doctor isn't in this area so I told reception and got sent to wait upstairs. After 45 minutes of waiting, I went back down to reception and queried the wait and apparently I never checked in and should've told them, which I did do. They just didn't listen to what I said and told me they only remembered me saying I'm here for a blood test. So I wasted over an hour of my time which I should've spent revising before exams that start next week. And the soonest appointment I can get is a week away and when I've waited over a week for this one, it's going to be so late that there's no point in a blood test as nothing will show up. So overall, very disappointed with my experience and was treated poorly and rudely and don't want to return there, especially when they were unable to admit that it was their mistake which lead to me missing my appointment.

Review titled Disrespectful receptionist
Rated 1 star out of 5

I am an exchange student and called to book an appointment to renew an anxiety medication I have been on for years. The receptionist was extremely rude and caused me to have more anxiety and start to have a panic attack on the phone. I asked if I could have the appointment online as I have anxiety about going to the doctor's office, and I am in the middle of exam season and do not have hours to take out of my day to go to the doctor. This was an urgent refill and appointment as I have been out of the country, and she was extremely rude to me about making an appointment, saying I should have made it earlier. when I explained that I seriously couldn't, she told me"It doesn't matter, you should have done it". this made me incredibly anxious and I do not want to use this service again.

Review titled Patronising practitioner
Rated 3 stars out of 5

I saw a nurse practitioner for my ear infection after seeing the doctor for it the day before. I called in again because the pain had agitated me so much that pain killers were not working. She claimed I had no ear infection and it was 'just wax' despite my pain. She guilt tripped me about being late even though that was out of my control, and I had arranged for another time anyways, so I wasn't sure why she came out earlier than needed. She didn't open the door for me or at least waited for me to get in the room before the door closed. She questioned me being quiet despite my ear not functioning properly so I had no clue over the control of my volume. She talked to me in such a condescending way and tried to play off my ear infection as not serious. She made me feel bad for wearing a mask and hat, even though I was trying to prevent my cold from spreading to other people. I've never met such a patronising medic.
