   From the first contact at reception to the consultation everything was very poor and unprofessional. I asked for a physiotherapist and without telling me booked me in with an osteopath, who was pleasant but after 2 sessions still had no treatment plan and spent most of the time dithering, which gave me no confidence in her ability. I complained as I felt she was not a physiotherapist, which was true, so fair play I got a full refund which I asked for, and offered another free appointment. When I came to book they had nothing for 3 weeks… not much good all round really. I wouldn’t recommend this practice.
