Since I have moved from Wisbech to another cgl I get more support - staff actually care, they listen & they are Honest. If they can do something they will. I have found Wisbech to be the opposite. When I moved I had to go without due to Wisbech logic apparently they can't send records until I have been prescribed!! How can you expect a prescriber to give without the client info 1st. Wisbech only ever say we can't do this....or the famous - were not allowed - new rule... They prejudge & offer nothing but a head ache. Now I'm doing a computer class & thanks to the new cgl ill be back to work sooner
